Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy shall apply to all bus/car/room bookings done through Shri Dham Darshan:
1. In the event of cancellation of a bus/car booking, there won't any refund provided however the customer can book a new ticket which of same fare or higher (in which case the difference of the fares needs to be paid) before atleast 72 hours of scheduled departure of the bus. The customer can book a new ticket with in next 2 months from Date of Journey of Ticket. In such a case, the Customer needs to contact the Shri Dham Darshan Booking Office for rebooking the ticket with in the specified time frame(Contact details mentioned at the top of the page)
2. In the event of cancellation of room booking, there won't any refund provided however the customer can book a new room which of same fare or higher (in which case the difference of the fares needs to be paid) before atleast 72 hours of Arrival Time of the room. Customer needs to book the new room immediately after the cancellation of previous room.
3. In the course of any booking via any of the online payment methods, if the payment has been done successfully but the ticket is not booked or confirmed, a complete refund will be provided to the customer to the same source from where the payment was done. The Customer needs to contact the Booking office for any such resolutions.
4. Processing times for refund requests can vary and shall be done within 5 to 7 days.
